This consisted of grilled corn tortillas filled with melted 🌱-based cheese, JUST Egg, ingenious one-of-a-kind signature seasoned cauliflower taco “meat,” peppers, and onions, topped with pico de gallo, and avocado crema, and served with Jerry’s dirty potatoes, roasted purple and white cauliflower florets, and a lively, chunky salsa. This was hearty and satisfying.
