Breakfast Burrito

Such an amazing experience at this glorious restaurant. Two thumbs up for this burrito.

Scrambled tofu (which is yum on its own), fried potatoes, house made sweet seitan sausage (which gave this burrito its distinct taste), spinach, and creamy hollandiase sauce. Good on its own but better with mild pico de gallo or spicy chipotle salsa.

My husband had this, and really liked it.. Tofu scramble was pretty tasty..
