Bread Soup

I would actually call this a stew rather than a soup (the piece of bread soaks up all the liquid), but it’s a healthy lunch nonetheless. The didn’t have any sourdough bread when I visited but they subbed it for a different bread (they showed me it and it looked fresh). The veggie mix in this is comprised of tomatoes, green vegetables, carrots, white beans, garlic, onion, celery, chili, and olive oil. I wish it was served at a hotter temperature — it was lukewarm. Very filling and wholesome!
