Braised Meat Lotus Bun

The menu has several dim sum, including a daily lotus bun of the day. I've been missing kong bak pau 😂 so I ordered these. The pillowy soft buns were stuffed with braised textured soy protein "3 layered pork belly", plus plenty of shredded cucumber and lettuce to balance out the mock meat. Quite tasty!
