Braised Hong Kong Ee-Fu Noodles

This was delightful. Lime on the side for that extra tang. Bean sprouts and purple cabbage strips added a crunch to this playful dish. #eefunoodles

Loved the vegan ee fu noodles from Lotus. This tray was part of a meal set and was sufficient for five to seven people.

Not much expectations and also not much surprises on this staple dish. Tasted just fine but given there are so many other more interesting options on the menu, you can save your stomach space for other dishes.

It's a standard meal, and for some reason it felt like there were less prawns than before the place closed and reopened, but I'm fine with that since I'm not a fan of the mock prawns anyway.
