Braised Delight Rice

Taupok fried beancurd puffs, tofu, soy knots, shiitake mushrooms, and black fungus in braised gravy. Served with rice. 🍄‍🟫🍚 Personally expected the sauce to be slightly thicker and richer, nonetheless it was still a relatively tasty and very protein-packed dish! The braise was served with a bowl of white rice with some veg flosd. The braise consist of firm tofu, black fungus, tofu puffs, mock meat roll. Tasty and not too salty.
