Bolo Rainha

A traditional portuguese Christmas cake called “Bolo Rainha” (translated: “Queen’s Cake”). This is my first time trying the vegan version of this delicious cake and I can say it’s even better than the traditional non-vegan one! 😍 Everyone at the family gathering loved it! #veganin2020
