Blueberry Lemon Cupcake

This is the first of the 5 goodies I walked out of Caked Coffee with after my first visit there. I didn’t realize this cupcake had lemon and a bit of strawberry too. I was blown away by the surprise. The icing wasn’t overly sweet as they don’t use refined sugars and sweeteners. It’s a wonderful small business run by good people. 😊
