What an absolute win! The vegan bacon was so Smokey, and flavorsome, the lettuce- so fresh and I even enjoyed the tomato with it 😂 shared half with my non-vegan partner and he could not believe just how delicious it was. The best vegan BLT. Tangy mayo compliments the tomato, lettuce and seitan bacon perfectly. And the seeded health bread is always perfectly delicious.
