Blossom, a #vegetarian restaurant in renton, #washington has pretty much a #vegan menu but for a handfull of things that are clearly labelled not vegan because of egg or dairy. This #claypot was made with delicious #seitan, #kingoystermushrooms, #tofu, vietname coriander in a house special sauce. This was delicious and filling. $17.00 #eatingout
