Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen

I ventured far from my typical favorite flavors to give something new a try. The result for me was just ok but I’m sure those who love mushrooms and tons of noodles would dig this.

I really enjoyed this ramen! The black garlic is a nice touch. Highly recommend!
