Bitter Leaves Salad

The most interesting dish of the bunch, these bitter leaves #salad that had little lettuce boats you used to scoop up the sauce and blood orange in the bottom

This was £7 and we ate half of it between 3 / mainly because we had so much food! Expensive by itself i think. But delicious and goes well with everything else! It included bitter leaves (though I think not bitter at all), pear, miso, yuzu kosho & Jerusalem artichoke. I thought it was a good compliment to everything we had! Easy to eat, tastes good and felt so healthy and light!
