birria pizza

so happy my friend convinced me to order this for the table because we devoured it…. i’ve never actually heard of #birriapizza but i guess it’s a thing and this is it! this #pizza had #birria made from #shiitake #mushrooms with their house #birriasauce and the toppings consisted of #mozzarella, #cheddar, #onions, #cilantro (yes, it tastes like soap to me but i avoided it 😭😭 #evilweed), and this amazing #lime crema! the birria was AMAZING. flavor was 10/10, texture was 10/10… but the pizza was completed by the lime crema, which provided that cool contrast to the heartier pizza. the #vegancheese was in good portion compared to the rest of the #toppings and neither overpowered the pizza nor vanished into the other ingredients. this was honestly just such a creative and fun pizza that turned out even better than it sounded on the menu! the pictures don’t even do it justice… if there’s only room for one pig minds pizza in your stomach, get this one.
