Bibimbap

This #bibimbap is a seasonal offering at a local restaurant. The #veganmeat was made of #jackfruit and had a pleasing texture. There is fried rice at the bottom. I do wish it had been less salty so I could taste all of the elements and flavors of the dish. I likely would not order it again due to that, but it was fun to try!
