Beyond Egg and Plant Based Sausage (W/ Home Fries And Toast)

Okay I don't think beyond Egg is a thing (think it's just egg), but beyond that typo, this dish is fairly hearty, filling, and reminiscent of your diner style hangover breakfast. Sometimes with tomato slices, sometimes onion in the home fries/hash. Two eggs and veg dish is cheaper and healthier, for those who are mindful of that.
