Beyond Breakfast Burrito

My wife and I visited a donkey rescue in Oregon City and had lunch afterwards. I opted for the Beyond Breakfast Burrito. What an absolutely delicious vegan option. The restaurant features Mexican and Peruvian and other Latin American inspired cuisine. As my wife is Peruvian, we were delighted to find out that they were vegan friendly. #oddmaninn
