Beyond Bolognese

🍝🍅🌿 Looks quite unassuming, but the flavour is strong from the beyond mince and the complimenting flavours from lots of tomato and other herbs which I shall not attempt to guess 😆 This is spaghetti, I think there's an option for zoodles too. Would love to try that someday~ 😚

The dish was light and hearty at the same time, had a great flavour and the amount of Beyond Meat served was very generous. Would definitely order it again! Also had the Summer rolls by the side and they were the perfect appetiser. The peanut dip that accompanied it was thick and went well with the rolls.

Beyond Bolognese $12 - Love this the most! The sauce is goodie! Also served in Zucchini Noodles. 🙌🏻 I will go back for this!

Beyond Bolognese uses zoodles (zucchini noodles) and beyond meat mince. Delicious bowl of bolognese without leaving you in a food coma. Zoodles were fresh and the beyond meat mince was really delicious. Wished the ‘ragu’ has a thicker consistency throughout. It was a little watery towards the bottom of the bowl. Cost: $12
