I have never been a big fan of cucumbers. To be honest, I kind of
hate them. On the flip side, I am a major dill fan, so when I was offered to get this soup as a side, I was willing to try. The soup is chilled, which I wasn’t sure how that would play out, but the added spice somehow made this cold soup extremely warm in my mouth (maybe a little too spicy for me though). Overall this was a really tasty soup of the day.
