Benedict

This is officially my favorite Plant City dish! I’ve ordered it so many times and it never disappoints! I usually want to try new menu items but I can never resist this during brunch!

My favorite vegan Benedict!!! The corn muffins are incredible. It also comes with spinach, fried tofu “eggs” and hollandaise. I added shiitake bacon and subbed sweet potato fries and it was incredible 😋😋😋

My fav dish from Plant City!! It normally comes with fried tofu but I subbed tofu scramble and it was even better! The corn muffins are my favorite! There’s also spinach, hollandaise, and home fries 😋😋😋

This is a tofu Benedict with corn muffins!!! So so so good
