The name is a bit of a mouthful, I've included the translation because 四大天王 gives you a much better picture of what they're trying to do. And it is something bloody awesome 😋 The #aubergine, #longbeans, and #okra are willing side acts that exalt the flavour of the #spicy #belacan sauce, but along with the tasty #tempeh there were also these fried bits that resembled the lard/pork skin which the non-vegan versions of this iconic dish tend to use 😋 The end result was absolutely fantastic, easily the standout dish from the ones that we had!
