Really good! Good vegan chocolate seems to be quite hard to come by in Vietnam so this is a real treat. Really rich and decadent from a great abolishionist vegan restaurant!

Large hunk of a brownie! Moist and rich, yet not too cloying as it was perfectly bittersweet. Made using beetroot (not obvious or overwhelming), cacao powder, soy milk, and coconut milk.
