Beet Burger

I tried my aunt’s burger #forthedollar. The patty was really yummy although quite messy. And the blue cheese sauce was a bit too mild, couldn’t really taste it unfortunately.

Best, but barely beautiful beet-based burger. The creamy house made blue cheese dressing really takes this normally bland type of burger base to another level. I've really got to start caramelizing my onions again for my home made burgers.
