The "beef" was tasty!! It has a wok-hey flavour which I liked.
Such a nice hor fun, good imitation beef and nice wok hey taste, didnt feel too oily or salty which is great! Comes with bell peppers and beansprouts etc, great filling dish.
A rather new vegan restaurant located on 18 Pahang Street. A clean and homely feel (to me) eatery with friendly staff. This is definitely a treat. It’s yummy with quite a bit of wok hei. They have a rather big menu that’s customisable if one don’t take alliums.
A very tasty and savoury plate of stir-fried hor fun with great wok hey, albeit a little oily. Came with bell pepper as well as @nextmeats #nextmeats wagyu soy 'beef' slices which were meaty and toothsome, though I must say the sweetness from the teriyaki marinade threw me off slightly. 🥢🫑 Do note that @veganspicegirl ordered an extra spicy version and also requested for the beansprouts to be served on the side, so the visuals might be slightly different from the standard version! (Alliums can be removed upon request, $16.80) #sgvegan #chinesefood
Apparently they used yakiniku nex meat and were stil able to preserve the wok hei
