Beef Bourguignon Vegan

Art on a plate - the seitan was absolutely perfect and went so well with the potatoes it was served with. Heavenly!

I was never really a fan of beef dishes like this before I went vegan and I still don't think I am after having this. Nothing against the dish, just not my favourite! The beef chunks were pretty nice and the potato dauphinoise was tasty. Had to try some vegan French cuisine though! Lovely restaurant, feels like how vegan restaurants were years ago ~rustic~..and the people were very friendly. Slightly on the expensive side #veganinparis #paris
