Bee Hoon Soup

Love the generous amount of spinach in the dish! The boss was at the stall and offered to add a spoonful of 'xiangchun' sauce to the soup. He said it would taste better as the bee hoon might be a little bland. It does taste a little more savory so you guys can try it too the next time!
