Bbq Pulled Pork Pizza

Fantastic pizza! One of the best that I’ve had. I was surprised that the ‘pork’ is seitan and not jackfruit, so even better, perfectly melted cheese, generous on toppings. A bit difficult to eat, but very nice over all.
