Banh Xeo

This ricepancake came with some veggies. It was with some spring onion, so that was a nice flavor add to the ones i had before. The peanut sauce on the side was really nice. It was quite oily and also messy eating because they provide only 4 rice sheets with it.

I’ve had this pancake before at one of their other branches, and it was just as good here. It’s crispy and served with all the right toppings for a wrap, with a really tasty sauce. It’s a bit on the oily side but that’s to be expected.
