Bamboo Curry Chicken

Red Bamboo is such a friendly restaurant! I personally loved the potatoes, chicken, and curry combination, but didn’t see how the veggies fit in. The veggies were a little on the bland side so I wished they added some sort of sauce on it. The chicken was really good - it didn’t have a rubbery taste to it and paired well with the curry.
