Baklava Cheesecake

Finally tried their restaurant and so glad to see their success! This cheesecake was a tad too sweet for me but the texture was wonderful and firm, and the pastry - flakey and buttery 🍰

Super creamy and decadent cheesecake, topped with a generous serve of walnuts and pistachios. A tasty treat. Would have loved more of the filo pastry base to balance out the cheese portion, which was substantial and quite rich.
