Tried a new place today. Was originally in the mood for a vegan burger but this BLT caught my eye on the menu. I am glad I tried it. This sandwich is made with toasted sourdough bread, rice paper vegan bacon, watercress pesto, spicy aioli, lettuce, tomato and watercress. There were so many flavors to experience with this sandwich. First is the buttery taste of the toasted sourdough. After that was the freshness of the tomato and lettuce, then came the flavor of the vegan bacon. Then the taste of the spicy aioli and pesto. This sandwich comes either with a choice of a salad or french fries. I opted for the fries. There are a lot of fries to enjoy with this sandwich. They are golden and crispy. Vegan BLT, amazing! I liked the seasoned bread, toasted vs a normal BLT you can get somewhere else that is two pieces of plain white bread.
