Avocado Toast with Vegan Poached Eggs

This was so good!!! I'm not sure what sorcery was used to make the runny "egg" but they absolutely nailed it! On top of the avocado toast it really hit the spot! A MUST TRY!!!!! 🤤

My friend ordered the entire dish not just egg and toast like I did … and it was delicious (had to have a bite #justfortheupto1dollar ) except for the #argula … I’m not a fan … She enjoyed it and took half home to enjoy later ..
