Avocado toast

The avocado toast must be modified to be vegan, but then it’s delicious. Order it with no eggs (can substitute crispy potatoes instead) and request sourdough toast instead of the bread it comes with. It’s topped with sprouts, tomatoes, red onion, and a balsamic glaze (confirmed to be vegan) and comes with a bowl of fresh fruit. Very good and filling!
