Avocado Toast

This was the best smashed avocado toast I've ever had! Really awesome taste profile. I love the addition of dill and balsamic glaze.

Avocado toast, a basic brunch dish. But not everybody gets it right – they do at Genius Central though. The mint leaves and sweet balsamic glaze really pulls it together. A colourful burst of flavours with every bite.

The mix of flavours, texture and ingredients is really really good! Amazing way to start a day!

Pretty good smashed avo! It was presented nicely. Whatever the sauce around it was complimented it well, a little sweet which is different. I got mine with spinach and mushrooms on the side. I like that it’s slightly bigger than other smashed Avo serves I’ve had. But still can’t justify anything for than $10 for avocado on toast🙊
