delicious appetizer with nice vegan cheese filling

if i lived anywhere near munich i would definitely spend a lot of time at this awesome vegan restaurant! one of our appetizers: cashew mozzarella rolled in smokey flavored eggplant on a bed of pesto and arugula. delicious!!!
