Aubergine

Yard Sale aubergine pizza, with substitutions to make it vegan. Lovely garlic roasted aubergine (though think it could do with more of this though since it’s the primary topping), plus vegan cheese, olive oil and basil. I also added guindilla chilli for a little extra kick.
