Asparagus And Roasted Pumpkin Salad

This crispy wafer makes this fun to eat. My daughter pictures resisting every pick, as I have a bad track record at this restaurant - but it has nothing to do with the great food 😁

Pumpkin is one of my favourite ingredients from this country, and pairing it with asparagus was such a good flavour contrast. The pickled tofu dressing was so interesting and added some tang to the otherwise creamy dish!
