Army Stew (Request to omit cheese)

I would rate it full points if not for the fact it was so spicy 🥵 Spicy soup tends to be too much for me since it's all contained in the hot soup. It may be less spicy if I could get it with cheese, sadly they only have dairy cheese for this. The ingredients were nice - instant noodles with shiitake mushrooms, golden needle mushrooms, baked beans, vegan sausage, rice cakes, tofu and kimchi, topped with seaweed. I liked the variety of dishes in the soup. The soup has a tinge of sweetness but not overly sweet. I'm not a fan of too sour and this isn't very sour either. These soups tend to be a bit thick for me so I add my own water. They serve complimentary zucchini on the side which I enjoyed. I particularly enjoyed the vegan sausage, very tasty. Rice cakes were quite nice and chewy too. It made for a very filling meal probably because I was eating it so slowly due to the spice. If I get spicy soup again, I'll ask if they can make it less spicy.

Option for 2 or 4 pax. Choked full with ingredients!
