Apricot and frangipane roll

Yum. This week’s special roll from Grounded was top notch! A well balanced amount of apricot and frangipane, with a great combination of various textures (the dough’s chewy and yet nice crunchiness, the apricot chunks’s softness, and the moist brought by apricot jam and frangipane mingling). This was super nice :)) Would have it again! 5,50€
