Almond Hazelnut Pesto Bucatini

I love that they have their own mini vegan menu here! I was excited to try this but ended up falling flat unfortunately. The pasta itself is delicious, but the sauce needed something else. I thought it was going to be a green basil pesto, but it was mostly just ground nuts. Almost just nut butter on pasta so it was quite dry too. The mushrooms were good. I took the leftovers home and added a scoop of green pesto which was so much better. I would try something else next time. #pasta #bucatini
