This is really quite something. The housemade beans were really yummy, and oh wow the hasbrowns were also top notch. I’m used to tinned baked beans and those standard hashbrowns you get in brekkies. I quite like them as vg brunch staples (that’s how low my standards are). So to have beans and hashbrowns done this way is a whole different level for me.
The rest of the meal was really nice too. The bread was really yummy, I found the shrooms a tad salty for me, when eaten on their own, but perhaps alright as part of the whole dish. There’s avo and sausages maybe, oh but the beans and hashbrowns, they stole the show for me.
It’s a massive portion too. One brekkie kept me full well into the late afternoon. pretty awesome deal i say.
Blank Coffee at Brixton is one of the sweetest cafes in london. They are an independent, family-run fully vegan cafe. Breakfast bagels, pancakes, a lovely range of Toasties, baked goods and good coffee. And just all-round awesomeness.
