Alitas De Coliflor

Uf, tantos años conociendo a este restaurante y no había probado sus vegalitas. Aunque se tardaron mucho en hacerlas, la espera valió la pena: están muy bien preparadas, el gravy y la salsita están literal para chuparse los dedos y el empanizado es más bien como un caramelizado doradito que le da un toque muy original.

The cauliflower alitas are another amazing dish, there are sweet and sour and chili options, both are delicious, the chili are spicy but not too much, it is tolerable. What I love is that everything is made by them, the bread, the ketchup, sauces, dressings. All dishes are very well served. #veganuary #gordivegan
