Ailes de Poulet Shiitake

This one is very tasty, but I don't think it's worth 14$ for a tiny handful, other people's pictures look like there's a bit more, but that proves the inconsistency of the kitchen.

This is by far my favorite dish at this pub. The shiitake meat is flavorful and slathered in an oh-so spicy sauce. I also love the side of crudités to add some ✨health✨ to the fried dish.

It was delicious but way overpriced for what it was.

Bowhead has two types of chicken bites: soy based and shiitake based. My partner and I personally like the shiitake protein based ones better. They have a very enjoyable texture, are coated in a buffalo sauce, and are served with fresh celery and carrot slices. They are, however, rather expensive for the quantity of food. In the photo, they are the dish that don’t look like tacos.
