African Peanut Burger Their house-made veggie burger patty, spicy peanut sauce, and apricot jam topped with a tofu egg on a toasted multigrain roll from Tilaro's bakery. The patty is gluten free. Vegan without the egg (or substitute tofu eggs). Just specify. Of course I opted for the tofu. This was pretty good. It’s been years since I’ve had it.
