金瓜豆腐 Taufu with Pumpkin Sauce

Solid but unspectacular. Not literally, the #tofu was tender and soft 😏 They offer this in egg and eggless varieties, so be attentive. I wasn't the biggest fan of #pumpkin sauce, which I thought could've been a lot sweeter and more concentrated. But the #walnuts were a nice touch 🙂
