葡萄柚希布斯特 Vegan Chibusuto

The outermost layer was slightly crispy with a caramel taste to it, similar to the top layer of creme brulee. The cream was very smooth and creamy. The grapefruit bits were fresh with a tinge of slight bitterness to it, but it was a nice pairing of flavor when having it together with the sweet cream filling 👍🏻
