This was very tasty. Might have been even better if there had also been vegetables
in addition to the vegan chicken. It was labeled as spicy on the menu but was more like sweet and sour.

Yuan Su Vegetarians General Tso’s Chicken is 💯 in flavor & consistency. If you order
one thing at Yuan Su’s, I highly recommend this entree! And maybe consider ordering a side of veggies for more nutrients. General Tso’s Chicken is crispy but tender as you bite into each piece, and the sauce it’s covered in is so tasty yet hard to describe.. 🤔 A perfect mixture of sweet & savory flavors married together with subtle hints of ginger. 😋
If you love Chinese 🇨🇳 food and find yourself in SE Portland, you must go to Yuan Su Vegetarian! I can say with confidence that you will not be disappointed. They’re actually a vegan restaurant despite ‘vegetarian’ being in their name.
