Foccacia is a staple in the house, the ingredients are generous and the flavours are great! $4.50 for a loaf which is pretty reasonable :)

I had intended to get some artisan loaves or vegan toasts but settled for this

instead due to the appetising appearance and the fact that I just bought balsamic vinegar :p. Needless to say, I warmed it up in the oven and had it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (which is so good by the way). Of course, it is good enough to be eaten on its own too as there is fragrance of the herbs in each bite. There is mock ham too in the bread which I think we can do without and add sun-dried tomatoes instead. That said, this is definitely something that I might get again (after trying out the rest of the vegan breads of course!) #veganin2020

The olive and herbs make the soft bread taste so yummy! The veg ham adds

a bit of saltiness and chewiness to the bun, nice! $4.50

Fluffy and chewy! But I prefer mine slightly warm and toasted. Love it when the

fragrant aroma of herbs fill the kitchen. I found the mock ham a tad salty, so good thing it was quite sparingly distributed in the loaf.

Rly nice herb flavour and there isn’t much ham but the bread is rly soft

I thought the red bits were sundried tomatoes.. still wish it is!
