(Soy protein option)
This dish was bright and colorful with red onion, bell peppers, bokchoy,
mushrooms, basil and soy protein. You can buy this dish two ways: soy protein or Tofu. It also comes with rice and soup or salad. The portion is HUGE with a large amount of soy protein pieces. I didn't particularly love the Thai basil sauce; it didn't have a lot of flavor to me but the person I shared with LOVED it. Just a personal preference. #veganisnotscary
