Grilled "cheese" sandwich

Grilled cheese with tater tots. My picky 10 yo loves this dish. They use daiya cheese so if not a fan this is not for you. My kids love daiya and my husband amd I tolerate it so for us this sandwich is a great option. It's simple but filling to keep them going during their day in the park.

This is probably the best vegan grilled cheese I’ve ever had. It doesn’t taste vegan. I will make it my life’s mission to figure out how to make this for myself now!!
