These were cool to try! I didn't even know Willobeez had these, so I think
they are a relatively newer menu item. These rolls are filled with cooked quinoa, lentils, onions, and mushrooms. They're also seasoned with #cumin and Willowbeez top secret seasoning! They're all wrapped up and #fried until crispy. Quinoa and lentils are a great #plantbased #protein source, so these can make a good add-on to your meal. They are $5 a roll, and they also come with a side or sesame oil sauce for dipping. They had really good flavor, and I liked the texture of the mixed quinoa and lentils. Sometimes, I find that combination a little dry tasting, but that wasn't the case here. I would definitely recommend trying these out, I think they're a good value, and they pack a lot or flavor.
